Celebrating Women Everywhere: Happy Women's Month from the ModApp Group!

Following our successful inaugural Journal Club this semester, the ModApp Group is proud to join the global community in celebrating Women's Month!

This March, we honor the achievements, strength, and contributions of women all around the world. We are also especially proud to celebrate the women in STEM whose diverse perspectives and innovative problem-solving continue to push the boundaries of science and research.

After our recent Journal Club, which fittingly focused on applying optimal control to women's health, we took a moment to capture a photo of the brilliant women who help drive our own ModApp group's research forward. From analyzing mathematical biology to mentoring the next generation of applied mathematicians at the Institute of Mathematics, the women of ModApp play an indispensable role in shaping our core research domains.
