
The UP Intelligent Systems Center (UP ISC) awarded its research grants to 12 interdisciplinary and collaborative projects from across the UP System. Among the recipients was Dr. Aurelio de los Reyes V (third from left) of the Modeling and Applications (ModApp) Group, together with co-principal investigators Dr. Jomar Rabajante, Dr. Victoria May Mendoza (also a ModApp member), and Dr. May Anne Mata (second, fourth, and fifth from left). The team received a UP ISC Research Grant for their project, “Modeling and AI Techniques for Integrated Diagnosis and Therapy in the Battle Against TB-HIV Infection (MATIBAI)”, during the awarding ceremony held on February 24 at Atencio-Libunao Hall, UP Diliman.
